It has been my experience that men go into a cave to avoid communication. If we press them for communication, explanations etc, right when they come out, we run the risk of chasing them right back in.

I actually came to the understanding men board on this site hoping to learn something about understanding men.

Do you suspect this man is only offering to take you to a show he knows you will enjoy in order to reestablish the status quo? If so You are sure better off ignoring him.
If it is a sincere effort at reconciliation, and you are not done with him in your heart of hearts, then it would seem like a romantic gesture. A thoughtful one at that.
Unless he is just a rat, and there is something you are not saying then I don't see how this could be called a bribe.
