Hi ladies - was hoping that maybe I could get some advice on my situation... I met a really great guy about 4-1/2 months ago. We met at church and believe it or not he gave me $100 the same day I met him. No, I wasn't selling anything, nor did I con him..LOL He just pretty much told me he was a generous person and felt "led" to do it. Maybe I should've said 'no', but for some reason I felt comfortable (and I really needed it too!) From that point, we ended up sitting and talking for about 3 hours; but it didn't feel even close to that long. more

I can't tell you guys how much I appreciate this feedback. I guess the truth was staring me in the face all along but I just didn't want to see it. You can only imagine how hard it is to get advice from friends and family when you're trying to hide certain things (like the gay factor...) so I am truly grateful for this site.
I believe this relationship was a bomb waiting to explode, but you guys helped to diffuse it...:) Thanks... more
