I have spoken to the Manager of the hotel that is our first choice for the gathering in Toronto – Intercontinental on Front Street. This is right downtown Toronto.
The manager has posted on post #155 the link where you can book your own room and enjoy the special rate the hote...

The first call was around 9;15pm - he left a msg saying " i'm just calling to wish you a merry xmas; um.... see...

His feelings are just not enough...... or the timing is not right for him.....he is "fond" of you....but that is all there is for him right now.
