Thank you Buitifil, I have and I will bear in mind of my inner voice telling me I am a Goddess and carry that around with me. I have the races (horse) to go to on Saturday so I am really looking forward to it, getting all glammed up with my lovely long glam dress, I shall be walking around like a Goddess and I will keep that in mind all day! :) x

I feel good girl! I've lost 3stone now and feel fab! I still miss him but have never had the urge to text or phone or have any kind of contact with him.... Could go another 30days lol.

Was a rough ride the past few days but back on track now x
