I am still in no contact and am not really thinking about my love life anymore, kinda cant be bothered with it all. But one good thing in all this is that i've been able to pass on all i've learnt to my close friend. She has never had much luck with guys, due to her chasing them. Now she has two men after her and is be-having like goddess! It's so nice to see this stuff working!

My god that must be hard knowing his password, good for you for not going there anymore.
You are right about the 'doing nothing if you are not sure', and i promise to sit on my hands if i feel tempted! I have come so close to sending him a message on that bloody facebook. But i have realised i do not want to look a fool, or that i give two hoots him and his life.
