To request a refund for the electronic book: Simply send an email to help@datingwithoutdrama.com with the subject line "Refund Request". Please include either your order ID or the email address which was used when purchasing. Please do not email us your credit card number. If paying offline by check or money order, the 30-day money back guarantee is not available. All purchases made by check or money order are final. 8. Subscriptions for the "You Ask, Men Answer" CD series will be billed once per month 30 days from the previous date of charge. Charges will be applied to the previous disc mailed. A new CD will be mailed every 30 days once the latest charge attempt has been approved. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Refunds will not be issued for CDs which have been shipped. You will be charged for any unbilled CD already shipped prior to receipt of the cancellation request. Refunds will not be issued for shipping and handling charges. Your subscription will continue until you send us a request to cancel in writing. Your 30 day trial begins on the day your order is placed. Cancellation requests received during the 30 day trial period will not result in any further charge. Only one (1) trial CD per customer.
