It's a Symphony night. And the day before I will have driven up to my old stomping grounds in the Finger Lakes where I'm hosting a party to raise funds and toys for a charity up there (how I ended up doing this is a LONG story)...and then I'll be driving BACK from there early on Saturday so I can be back in CT for the symphony (for which I have seasons tickets - courtesy of my mother and sooooooo I have to go) My December is completely booked and I'm overwhelmed when I think about it. I'll be headed to Minnesota in 3 weeks time to spend Christmas with my son and his new bride...oh my goodness!

My cousin has more than a band btw...you can check out his website if you like..dahdoo.com...and see all he does. It's all Middle Eastern...he promotes as well as performs. It's very cool.

There is a place call Brick, lower Manhattan, downstairs, jazz on Thursday's. Or the Fat Black Pussy Cat, village scene, 3 levels, music, dinner dancing.

I may not be able to make it on the evening of 12/12 as it's a good friend's birthday. Nothing has been planned yet, but I promised to keep that night open. Will try to make it if I can. However, I am available for lunch/brunch.
