but as you know we are from all over different places and is hard for some of us to meet.

12/12 works for me.
Suggestions:
Restaurant/Bar - Lot's of cutsey restaurants/bars in the city, depending on how big of a group we have and when we go. I usually go out in Lower East.
Brunch may also be a good idea and plenty of good places of that (there's one in Brooklyn that I've heard good things about - Scottadittos?). And lots of good places in Upper West.

I will pencil in 12/12 as well. How does Brunch at http://www.scottadito.com/ sound? I've heard good things about it and it'd be a good opportunity to sit and get to meet/know everyone.
