OMG is it me? or am i being unresonable?Please share your thoughts.Ive been in a ldr relationship for a year.I fly to see this Guy *who supposedly loves me* every 8 wks and spend wonderful days tog,last time we were intimate was before christmas, although ive been a couple of times since.Im due to go again next week, and today he says he doesnt know if he can stay over at night????????? hmmm WHATS YOUR TAKE? IM DYING TO KNOW HIS EXCUSE he is calling me later Il let u know PS> would love a guys opinion too!

Not much info here. Its a LDR that's lasted a year, and yet you haven't had sex since before Christmas? That was a long time ago.
I'll ask the question I always ask: why not just talk to him about it? You've been with him for a year. Ask him if you'd like to move on as friends for now, as he seems to be pulling away physically.
For the record, I think he's moving on himself, and possibly has found someone else? A crappy thought, but a thought nonetheless.

the best thing you can do if he is pulling away is to give him his space. pull away too!!
think of it as a test to see if he misses you. If he cares enough, he will contact you after a while. dunno how long. a few days, a few weeks even. but be strong in the meantime.
Just tell him that you won't be flying out to meet him this time because you are busy. Then date yourself. He will be intrigued and come to you himself if he cares. If he does not, then you know he did not care that great a deal anyway.
I know it's hard to do!! tell me about it!!! BUT, think more long term goal. you don't want someone who is not sure he wants to be with you, you need him to be totally into you. For him to figure out the latter, he needs the space he seems to be trying to create. So give it to him!! you keep your dignity and you save yourself heartache that might come.

let me just say WTF?! No its not you...
This guy has got to be kidding!!! YOU fly to him like the amazing gf you are and he actually tells you that you may not be able to stay the night?? Like seriously... thats making me mad and its not even my relationship!!!! Honestly i can tell you right now I'd drop him on his sorry, self-centered, unappreciative butt!!!!
But that's just me. :)
And for goodness sake giirl i hope its you not putting out cause if not he's depriving you!! No sex for 7 months?! Yeah, i don't think so!

Man, if I had a woman visiting me every 8 weeks, flying out to see me no less, I think I would make some time for her. If its not convenient for him this time around, ask him if you should postpone a week or come a few days early. He may have a perfectly legitimate reason for not having time for you. Me? I'm a skeptic. But a Skeptic at least allows for the possibility of his instincts being wrong.
If you just get an excuse you might want to reconsider taking the trip.
But hey, that's just me. Looks like from your post that the shine has worn off of this new relationship.
